Dan and AJ did a fantastic job transforming our bathroom! They were very meticulous, and astute to all of the plumbing and electrical codes and feasibility. We were amazed at how they laid out our porcelain flooring, like a puzzle, so the patterns matched to our size bathroom. The shower is just amazing! It has great water pressure and very easy to clean. The doors glide so easily to open and close. The entire crew was very professional and cleaned up every day. We are so ecstatic with our bathroom remodel; they did a fantastic job! It turned out better than I ever expected! I recommend to anyone who gets a porcelain flooring, to get it heated! We got multiple estimates to renovate our bathroom, and Daniel was the only one who was able to give us a finished product. Daniel was incredibly easy to work with and very flexible. I had a very old bathroom and wanted to convert my tub which was very old into a shower. Daniel and his team were exceptional. Very professional and easy to work with. He helped give me ideas during planning and has a really good eye for what looks good. My conversion turned out beautifully. Daniel also installed a new sink,toilet, light fixture and other things in the shower and bathroom, along with the matching tile on the wall. I can’t say enough about this experience.

From start to finish Daniel was amazing! He was very straightforward and gave great advice on our bathroom remodel. Our bathroom hadn’t been touch since 1976, so it needed a complete overhaul! From changing the location of our sink (and making it a double), adding a pocket door, increasing the size of our shower, to the last minute shiplap that I just had to have….the project was completed on time! I had 3 different estimates on my bathroom and they were ridiculous prices and they were only going to complete one thing in my bathroom and that was to remove the tub and make a walk-in shower. Daniel is a great guy to work with! He is very friendly and reliable. He keeps his crew small and does all the installs himself, which is unheard of for a company owner. The tear out took one day and he completed the install the following day. We were very impressed with his work and love our shower. There were a couple of minor things that were overlooked because of extenuating circumstances beyond his control, but he gladly came back and took care of the issues in a timely fashion with no questions asked. We met Dan at the home improvement show in Cleveland, when he came to our home to talk about what we wanted to do to update our small bathroom we were very impressed! At such a young age Dan really knows his stuff. We did have a few other contractors to give estimates but they couldn't come close to what Ark Home had to offer. Dan never tried to over sell but gave his professional opinion. We were very pleased with the laborers that came to do the work, they were all very professional and friendly.
